You may return an item within 14 days of receipt, provided it is in its original condition and packaging. Custom-made jewelry and engraved pieces are not eligible for returns.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
