Orders for standard collection items can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Custom designs cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.
Due to the luxury nature of our items, we offer a 7-day return policy for manufacturing defects only. Items must be in original condition with all tags and certification.
All bespoke and custom-made jewellery items are final sale and non-refundable.
